　　麦克斯韦恩将军正在自己的办公室内来回踱步，脸上的神情显示出他心中不安的情绪，彼时的叙利亚局势持续动荡，自诩为世界警察的美国自然不甘于现状，想要出手介入，但是前些年的阿富汗战争和伊拉克战争都让美国在联合国内的风评有所下降，国内也是对连绵不绝的战争行动表示强烈的不满一旦投入大规模军事力量而没有取得很好的成效的话，这势必会使得美国处于内忧外患的情况，这让身经百战的韦恩将军苦恼不已。

　　就在此时，将军府内的一位护卫开口通报道：“General Wayne， Professor Smith wants to see you.

　　（韦恩将军，史密斯教授想要见您。）”

　　闻言，韦恩不由抬起头来，心说：史密斯教授是医学方面的专家，为什么会来找我这个将军呢？

　　他摆了摆手，开口回答道：“Tell him I'm busy now and don't have time to see him. Let him come back another day.

　　话罢，铁门被自外而内地推开，护卫将威尔史密斯带入办公室内便微微欠身，旋即转身离开，顺便关上房门。
